Alejandro Garza-Laínez is the amalgamation of stardust sifted and kneaded into corporeal form. He grew up as a Third Culture Kid, influenced by several countries across the world—such as Mexico, El Salvador, the United States, China, Malaysia, Australia, France, and Spain. He is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Linguistics with a concentration in Teaching English in Global Contexts. In addition to being a co-founder and the editor-in-chief of literature and translation for CIMIMIC, you can find him working on his debut novel or reading obsessively. Gabriela Garza-Laínez is an artist at heart and cares about making an international impact. As a Global Nomad, she is connected to various countries around the world, including Mexico, El Salvador, the United States, Germany, China, Malaysia, Australia, France, and Spain. She has received a bachelor’s degree in Film & TV Production and a master's degree in Multimedia Design. While she is a co-founder and the editor-in-chief of media and design for CIMIMIC, she is also working on her debut novel and her freelance video business, VideoGabri. You can catch her reading a romantasy novel, dressing up in cosplay, or baking some tasty bread.
